Radisson Blu Hotel
The receptionist not very helpful and attitude. Far from the tourist center. Not walkable at all.

Locke de Santa Joana
Friendly staff, great onsite dining and loved the room amenities like washer/dryer. The hotel is also a great location near luxe shopping, nearby a metro station as well as the hop on hop off bus tour. Still walkable to popular neighborhoods but far enough away in peace & quiet as well.
