Hotel Santa Justa Lisboa

10/10 Excellent

"We enjoyed our stay there. Surprisingly quiet and more modern than expected. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful particularly Nara and Filipo. Had some issues getting housekeeping to refresh supplies. Would be nice to have ice maker on the floor but front desk was very kind to provide. Location is great as it is right in the heart of downtown and walkable to the beach, local churches, and countless dining. I would gladly stay there again."

"Despite the mixed reviews we saw online, we loved Hotek Acta Moa. Our Junior Suite was large, the shower was great, the elevators worked efficiently the whole time (5 nights), and the buffet breakfast was excellent. I’d definitely stay there on my next trip to Lisbon. The location is extremely convenient to metro, which is very easy to navigate. There are free lockers for luggage storage in the lobby. Highly recommend this hotel."

"We were a family of 4 and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was lovely, great facilities, and mostly friendly staff. The food within the hotel was a bit on the expensive side so we ordered some food via Uber and ate that in the room. Were not allowed to eat externao food in any public spaces so confined to the hotel room for this, however we still loved the stay. We would definitely return to this hotel. Great staff support with our rooms, great cleaning."
