"Pool was extremely busy and people saving lounge chairs so there wasn’t anywhere to sit. The evening bartender lady didn’t know how to make a Porto Tonic and was so rude to us. The front desk staff were very pleasant. The lobby was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. They didn’t allow early checkins so everyone was at the pool waiting for rooms. The hotel was well located and nice and clean."

"Coming to Portugal for the first time - Olivia Lisboa made it an exceptional first trip! The staff were exceptional and (as a hotel snob) the room exceeded all my expectations. Super quiet but extremely accessible to all the main Lisbon sights. I would include breakfast at the hotel (if you have time in the morning) it was fabulous - best buffet my whole group has seen. 10/10 would recommend!"

"I only stayed for few hours as I have an early flight from Lisbon. The room was clean and spacious. They have free coffee pods. The only thing is Airport shuttle only starts at 4:00am so I needed to ask for a taxi. The staff were kind enough to help me call one. Just for someone who has early flight shuttle was not available 24hrs"

"Great location for easy airport access. Hotel provides a shuttle to/from the airport but is also close enough to walk (uphill to airport). You can access the included breakfast as early as 2am. Some of the rooms are small and a tight fit but still functional."
