"The rooms are not well cleaned or maintained, in both of our rooms the AC was not cooling, and the drainage was blocked. I really question how the 5 star is maintained. It doesnt deserve the value of money and dosnt meet the expectation "

"As soon as I booked this Hotel Akif the front desk manager sent me a message on what’s up thanking me for choosing SV Valinor Stone House for our stay in Cappadocia . He also offered any help during our stay ! When we arrived at the hotel first impression was his big Genuine smile when he greeted us ! Very friendly hotel staff , Eren , the afternoon reception guy was also very friendly and polite Breakfast was very versatile, lots of different food and Turkish tea of course !!! Kook and food...
