「This hotel is beautiful, comfy and clean. The staff are all very helpful and kind. The spa and restaurant on site are amazing. The valet parking is very convenient and the staff there went above and beyond for us allowing us to leave our car after checkout. Convenient location to walk downtown & great views of the river 」

「From check in to check out double tree made our stay memorable. The area around can be a deterrent for some but the homeless around don’t seem to be aggressive, but stay guarded and use caution anytime. The LRT is close, about a 17min walk to Roger’s place. Edmonton occasionally has a stench of sewage. That’s infrastructure and nothing the hotel can do. Our room was clean, and in the closet there was removable hangers which was a win for me.
