"This property was a nightmare!!!! My room key was literally tossed to me without 1 word, such as the location of the room or elevator. The toilet was leaking so bad that the laminate tiles buckled and toilet water splashed each time you took a step. In addition, this hotel was apparently the local hookup spot. Noise all night long with guests coming and going. It was like trying to sleep at brothel! I absolutely would not stay here under any circumstances!"

"Literally everything was GREAT! I’ll definitely be back. My ONLY complaint would be that the toilet paper was a bit harsh. I still give it 5 stars though because next time I’ll be bringing my own lol"

"Avoid The Landing. This is not a hotel like it is listed on Expedia. It is an app obstacle course with no staff and no support. After booking they required extra ID uploads and forced me to download multiple apps including Clear just to check in. I arrived at 5 pm to no front desk and no assistance, only locked hallways and a digital lockbox I could not open because nobody at Landing HQ responded. I sat in a hallway for four hours waiting for help that never came. I finally left at 9 pm and had to pay for a hotel that was outside my budget. This is a soulless venture capitalist tech rental pretending to be hospitality. No accountability. No service. Do not rent here."
