Los tres años que e venido a esperarme un buen servicio y atención que no me gustó que el día que llovió estuviéramos sin servicio de energía por casi 12hrs deberían tener una planta propia como plan v así como por el agua algún gran tinaco porque sin agua fueron casi 24 HRS de ahí en fuera todo excepcional

Al llegar los saturan con un montón de reglas, lo que se quiere es llegar a descansar no que te prohíban un montón de cosas, no se dejen engañar no es un hotel convencional. El estacionamiento está abierto hasta las 11pm. Después de eso no se puede ni sacar el vehículo ni dejarlo así que fué una desesperación terrible el estar limitados al estacionamiento, no recomiendo para nada esta estancia, al igual el personal que nos atendió en la noche, pésima actitud, desplorable, nada amable, todo mal, terrible no reserven aquí, evitense el mal trago

Pésima experiencia. El establecimiento nunca menciona que todo el techo es de metal, por lo que cruje constantemente dependiendo del clima y la temperatura. Durante las noches el ruido llega a ser muy molesto, especialmente si eres sensible para dormir, como es mi caso. Además, una de las habitaciones que renté (eran 3 en total, no recuerdo si la 32 o la 34) tenía un agujero por donde entraban murciélagos. Incluso hacían sus necesidades dentro del cuarto. Me di cuenta hasta el tercer día de una estancia de cuatro noches, y la única solución que ofrecieron fue pedir disculpas y cambiarme de habitación. Considero que es un problema de higiene y mantenimiento bastante grave que deberían atender y advertir desde el principio.

El hotel está bonito y el personal es amable la parte que no me gustó es que no hacen la limpieza bien, deje una pelusa propósito en una parte visible y ahí duro toda la semana por lo visto no barren, tampoco cambian la ropa de cama, no le dan mantenimiento a las habitaciones llovió y había un gotera en la habitación y en lugar de cambiarme de habitación solo pusieron un bote y un trapo, la llave del lavabo cada que la abría se safaba y ni hablar de la regadera la llave de el agua fría no servía, y la de la caliente no cerraba bien lo reporte 3 veces en la semana e hicieron caso omiso así que toda la semana se estuvo tirando el agua y aparte tuve que dormir con el ruidero de agua cayendo de la regadera ahh pero eso sí te exigen que no hagas nada de ruido pero las paredes son de tabla roca y se escucha hasta cuando estornuda el de alado 🙄
