Lovely pool area. We arrived to find no hot water, broken chair, internet not working and overgrown garden with a scruffy terrace and garden furniture. Andrea came out to fix the above twice but there’s obviously a problem with the boiler as it broke each time . Very basic run down property amongst a lovely complex. We were very disappointed, it’s not worth the high price we paid

Amazing Stay

The property was amazing! The room was comfortable and clean. The pool was beautiful. The beach is a five minute walk from property - small and rocky but nice. A taxi to the center of town is 15 euros and about a 5 minute drive, or a 30 minute walk. The staff was extremely helpful over What'sApp - gave us recommendations, helped us with taxis, and answered any and all questions we had. I would highly recommend Residence Magarà and Cefalu in general

beautiful but with some flaws

nice view, great pool, nice kitchen, quick response from manager. lots of cats that will be beg for food and try to get in your apartment. ask for a top place, no yard, less access for cat to bed for food or run in your apartment.

Ingen tog emot oss när vi anlände till boendet. Vi ringde till ägaren som inte hade möjlighet att komma. Vi var dock lite tidiga men hade inte fått några instruktioner om hur incheckningen gick till. En vänlig ägarinna till ett annat boende såg till att hjälpa oss och berättade muntligt hur allt fungerade. Vår ägare hade vi kontakt med igen först när vattnet slutade fungera. Annars prisvärt! Fantastisk utsikt, bra terrass, bra planlösning och fin pool. Porslinet hade kunnat ökats på, knappt en tallrik eller glas som var den andra lik. Dock väldigt prisvärt, och med det priset så rekommenderar jag boendet. Tog 30-40 min att promenera in till Celafù. Med bil typ 8 min. Taxi en väg kostade 15 Euro.

Panoramautsikt och infinitypool

En fantastiskt vacker plats, verkligheten överträffade fotona. Poolen var stor och underbar att bada i. Lägenheten var fräsch men möblerna få, slitna och obekväma. Läget var lite svårtillgängligt utan bil då mataffär inte fanns i närheten. Om man har småbarn behövs nog hyrbil.

Koselig leilighetsområde med basseng

Veldig fin leilighet inne på ett fint område. Utsikten var flott. Fint lite bassengområde. Personalet var veldig trivelig og hjelpsom. Lå i gangavstand til sentrum (for de spreke).

verbouwing op het complex

Keuken inventaris teleurstellend , naast ons begonnen bouwvakkers om 7 uur met drilboren ,vrachtwagen voor mijn slaapkamer met draaiende motor. excuses van personeel met fles wijn en belofte om 9 uur pas lawaai, maar helaas moest dat 5 dagen duren, weer een tegemoetkoming hoefde geen eindschoonmaakkosten te betalen, zwembad niet geweest ivm de herrie. Blijkt dat de eigenaren van de appartementen mogen verbouwen tm 14 juni. Stond op de site incl.1x schoonmaak maar niemand geweest. Op de foto`s ziet het er mooi strak uit maar dat valt toch een beetje tegen, maar prachtig uitzicht en een ruim balkon. gelukkig in de avond geen bouwvakkers.

Oase van rust

Het appartement ligt net buiten Cefalu in een rustige buitenwijk. Het appartementencomplex is mooi aangelegd met mooie bomen en planten en het is er erg rustig en stil. Het grote zwembad kijkt uit op de zee. Het appartement zelf is modern en zeer schoon, goede bedden en een prachtig uitzicht.
