「The photos are deceiving if you’re not familiar with the area - no waterfront view but fairly close walk. The kiddie pool was what attracted us and was “closed” due to chlorine levels but connected to the main pool. No evidence of anyone working on it over the 2 days we were here :( Elevators old and not clean, one went out of service while here.」

They privided us with extra coffee and creamer for our room upon request. There is an excellent restaurant at the hotel. We had a tasty breakfast one morning and also happy hour drinks and appetizers. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Not a good experience staying here. Receptionist upon check in was extremely rude. The hotel room smelled of a mix of cat urine and mildew. Hotel was booked so couldn’t change rooms. On Holiday, the rates were $400 + per night. Breakfast server in the morning was rude. Yelling at guests to hurry up and get their food because she is closing. And kept repeating herself. There was still 15 minutes left. Just not a welcoming staff at all. Pros - The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable....
