「Loved everything about especially the staff」

「Loved the convenience to my son’s apartment. It’s time for the hotel to replace the carpet and it would be five stars!」

「Aspects of the stay were great, where other areas required improvement. Front desk staff and pool bar staff were great, provisions (restaurant?) staff was not good. The room was good, but was loud (heard cars from outside and AC all day/night). Bed was great. Shower took 10min before water got hot. Coffee machine was broken and there was nowhere to get a cup of coffee on site.」

「Booked a room with 2beds months prior. Arrived after midnight (to a sold out hotel) and was told we were “upgraded” and something about a fold out bed. I took that to mean a sofa bed in our room. No…they broke up an adjoining room/suite and had the sofa bed (the only bed) made out for us. I book VIPs and they would have made me change hotels immediately so I’m not sure how they can think this was ok to do. 「Very nice little motel! Perfect for a few nights. Easy parking and a fairly quiet area. The bed was very comfortable and the rest of the room was fine.」

「This motel HAS the BEST STAFF! The GM is thoughtful & kind and MOST IMPORTANTLY ON TOP OF HER GAME! Sgmhe handles her business. And Alley in Housekeeping IS WONDERFUL!!! She TOTALLY LOOKS OUT FOR YOUR AND NEVER FORGETS ANYTHING!!! She IS ONE of HARDEST WORKING women I've ever seen. They are getting the pool to open which I can't wait since its starting to get HOT! 」
