「I got a room that is full of the smell of cigarette, the first day, I can't not sleep at all, at last I slept in my car. The second day, I switched a room.」

「Clean and comfortable. The person working at check in was so nice. Breakfast could use more options.」

「Staff, particularly the kitchen team, were very kind and helpful. She always wanted to make sure there was adequate number of food items. The beds are very hard. The sheets were covered with little cloth nubs making the sheets feel like you had crumbs in the bed or like sand paper. The a/c states to look at thermostat on the wall and there is not a thermostat on the wall. Flooring was peeled in some areas making toe stubs a regular thing and creating a tripping hazard. I would not stay at this...

「Very clean room but was told at check-in to keep bathroom door closed when showering or steam may trigger fire alarm. Also microwave didn’t work, no soap, room temperature nor refrigerator was prepped for room occupancy 」

「I will stay here again when I'm in the area. My two complaints are the lack of a coffee maker in the room and that the room really did not have good lighting.」

「I could not have chosen a better hotel to stay at for the night. While in the city for work I needed a much needed quiet night of rest to recalibrate and the front desk staff was extremely patient, communicated well, and updated me on their hotel perks and policy. I am planning to return soon. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality.」

「Great location and value. I appreciated the newness of the hotel and nice decor. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I did not appreciate having to pay extra for parking at a location nowhere near downtown. It was stated that it was for the security hired to monitor the parking lot. Has the general safety of Nashville so degraded that this was necessary? We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again, the parking issue was just a surprise to me.」
