「The lighting in the room was kinda dim. I guess using brighter light bulbs」

「We had a very comfortable stay at Franklin Terrace bed and breakfast! Paul is the sweetest person and he takes best care of his customers. It is centrally located and easy walk to Main Street. It’s nice to know that it’s recognized as national historic place. The structure is originally erected in 1887!! If there’s something to complain, the bed is too soft for our convenience and one of the staff Kelly can be little bit more friendly.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The property has been newly renovated with a modern, stylish design that made the entire resort feel fresh and welcoming. Our room was exceptionally spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of four. The check-in process was quick and easy. We also really enjoyed the amenities, especially the hot tub and spa, which made our stay even more relaxing after days of hiking. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing...

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Highlander Mountain House .. with a few caveats. First the good: The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is ideal - right in the heart of downtown easily walkable to many shops and restaurants. The room was attractive with soft linens and quality toiletries. However, the room was very small, and as such it didn't feel like the owners utilized the space efficiently. 「The hotel was 5 star all the way. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. The manager was visible and offered dining, excursion and shopping suggestions. All excellent recommendations. Our suite was large yet had a cozy feel. Everything was immaculate. The breakfast was excellent from fresh berry compote to specialty pastries to imported coffee. A beverage bar was available 24/7. Breakfast out in the courtyard was quiet and lovely. The location was perfect for walking around town....
