「Gave an extended weekend trip to my sister and brother in law for their 59th birthdays. They had an amazing relaxing time. They are repeat visitors at the Palms because it is second to none on Ocean Beach. Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas provided making it stress free. Staff is always accommodating including assisting with luggage at the dock. They took their own boat and the staff still met them and assisted. 「Room was clean and comfortable. Some slight road noise from Montauk Hwy. Room was on ground floor facing MH. 」

「We only stayed for one night, which was suitable for a brief visit. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in our room was out of order, requiring us to visit the lobby for hot water and drinking water. The bathroom was spacious and featured a modern shower. However, the toilet bowl had not been thoroughly cleaned for guests, as we noticed a small, faeces-like stain on the side of the bowl. 」
