I like that itโ€™s convenient, transportation is easy in the area as well. I didnโ€™t really like the amenities especially the bathroom, shower area water flow is not separated so it tends to flood.

Tsai hotel was beautiful 6 years ago. Itโ€™s need updating on the paint and toilet. There was no refrigerator or TV in the room.

I have stayed many places so far and I do not have the highest expectations, but this was not worth staying. The party on the roof across the street was so loud, I left my stay early. I am not so sensitive to noise, but wow.

Little disappointed with loud construction sounds.

Stayed 2 nights and every morning little past 8am banging starts probably renovating but as a hotel most of the guests are tourists and obviously liked to sleep-in instead woken with loud sounds. They could have at least start it after 10am to 4pm. Towels were too rough, half full water bottles in the fridge, no shower curtain. Rooms looks and feels clean.

Very bad customer service experience! After booking and paying online, they denied the room I booked and they wanted me to pay additional payment so I can get the room I booked and paid online! Very bad experience! The Manager is not deserving of his position! Overall, I will definitely not come back and will not recommend!

The Pictures are completely misleading. Maintenance is terrible; as an example: Aircon has no remote and canot be adjusted. There are no blankets or quilts available at all. The airconditioner is kept on Max Cold, so you can either shut it off and stop all airflow or leave it ON and freeze. Plumbing is inadequate; the shower is a trickle and the hot water barely works and is cold. The linen is threadbare. I could go on and on, but siffice it to let my actions speak for me as follows: I was booked for 4 nights. I stayed 1 night and checked out into another hotel.
