Air-conditioned was from the jurrasic time, no cold and hot water, TV tube very old, no WIFi as advertised, no breakfast as advertised, and i have pay in excess because what I paid online is not updated with what they currently have.

Bit Unclean
The room has cockroaches and spiderwebs. The toilet bowl is really hard to flush and I suggest that they should make sure first that the room is in a good condition before thay let the guest in. Or, they should clean and check every corner of the room everyday if it is clean or not because guests can arrive anytime.
From the time that we arrived, I noticed and I felt something is weird inside our room. First there's only one towel, no toiletries, bedsheets and blankets are not clean, plus there are some cockroach underneath the bed, the dogs of their neighbor was howling all the time. The creepiest thing that happened on our stay was we intended the television turned on and also the lights but when we woke up the next day, the tv was turned off. We didn't set up a timer on it because there was no tv remote either thr buttons behind the tv was not working properly. So the big question is, who turned it off? None of us did that coz we're really tired..

okay for days of stay
The place is okay but the room is not. Uncomfortable. Specially the bathroom. Doesn’t feels like home. They need to repair every edge on it.

Okay room
Good enough for a one night stay. Affordable. Big room. Facility a bit old though.
Nearby Ayala Mall and I think Fuentes area. okay place. Bathroom doors cracked but all else functional. Dilemma came when water didnt run in the morning. Literally had to get from water container and make do of what I have.
Staff wasn't nice on arrival and made me pay by cash even though I had already paid two nights through expedia.
They then told me I had to ask for a refund from expedia myself.
I paid for one night (only because it was late and didn't want to look elsewhere)
The mattress was terrible, could feel the wooden bed under it and the shower didn't work.
The next morning I phoned expedia who told me they'd refund me one night and the hotel would give me back what they charged me in cash. Luckily there was a nicer lady at reception who could actually speak English and was very helpful doing the return.

backpacking best buy; in the heart of Cebu City
Its a good place to stay for backpackers. Very affordable and also comfortable. The owner help with directions. The location is very convenient if u wanna see Cebu City... Its just a walk away from fuente circle. I was able to freely and carelessly got lost in Cebu City, ride random jeepneys and just flow with the traffic. When i got tired i just stop in fuente circle, take a cab or walk to the pension house.. And feel really good about myself for being able to navigate Cebu like a pro without using a cab, just by riding jeepneys :)
Good budget option. Uf you have low expectations you won't be dissatisfied. Intermittent WIFI. However the coin operated house of horrors internet in the lobby is entertaining.
Worst, very dirty, terrible place, unfriendly staff
The WORST HOTEL we booked so far. We arrived there but the old lady staff was so unfriendly. She can't find our booking so she won't give us any room. We have our booking number available so she can check but she don't know what to do or where to find it. So I have to check my email to see my itinerary. It took us 1 hour in the reception to figure out where we booked it via Expedia.com. When she gave us our room key, my husband was already furious as to what happened at the reception area. The room was smelly. The space outside the room was dirty and has flying flies and mosquitoes around. It's a very old room. We booked for a queen size bed but it was just a single room provided. The old lady said it was a matrimonial bed. When my husband open the bathroom, it was so dirty, very untidy. We will never booked this hotel ever again! We want our money back since we paid for it but we never stayed there because it was so dirty.
