Convenient, cheap and clean!

I was looking for a budget hotel close to work and it was a perfect solution. No specific service but a cheap canteen, mini shop and laundry. Internet was good but not accessible in the room (only shared spaces and lobby). It seemed to be a student, youth residence. Big supermarket on the other side of the road. Very good beds ("superior" room), super clean.

Place is just perfect for its price

Place is clean and price is very reasonable staying one night with breakfast. Strong internet connection compared to some low cost lodging in the Philippines.

I booked the hotel room for my husband who attended a seminar at the nearby University of Cebu. His stay was very pleasant and the personnel manning the front desk were very courteous. Breakfast was great as well as the amenities provided by Alicia Towers. The place is just a stone's throw away from Gaisano Country Mall. He would definitely stay again at Alicia Towers for the continuation of his seminar within the week.

飯店人員不太會事情

當下到飯店入住後，剛進去房間發現(2樓)我的房間螞蟻很多，叫房務人員來也沒清理，要換房間也不給換。 重點隔天飯店人員說我的信用卡資料有誤，結果我看到的根本不是我的信用卡資料，飯店人員說叫我自行與EXPEDIA聯繫處理，但我一大早5點(退房)根本EXPEDIA客服還沒上班，然後飯店人員都無法處緊急事情，就跟我說聯繫不到要我現場再次補繳現金給飯店，讓我很生氣！

Nice budget hotel.

Overall experience was great. But i think they should consider lowering the early check in fee to accommodate people coming from provinces. Some hotels consider 1-2 hrs early check in free of charge.

This has to be the most difficult check in we've ever had. Staff are unbelievably unhelpful. Don't stay here as your first time in Philippines. You won't find a welcome or any information to assist you

It is cost effective. The place was good enough. Quite noisy in the morning. On my third day though, I requested to clean the room but when I come back there were no toiletries and the room didn't feel clean at all, like the sheets were only fixed and that's all. I had to ask for toiletries downstairs. But all in all, it was still a good stay.

Value for Money Hotel

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked a private room for 800pesos per night. The room was clean, aircon working, with lots of chances to socialize with other guests and tenants because they have pool tables and several other tables, chairs and sofas to sit on both near the reception and outside. I believe I couldnt book anywhere else at this rate and get this kind of cleanliness and comfort. There is a mall near it and a Robinsons grocery across but there is no pedestrian lane or overpass, so you have to cross at your own risk. I would stay again and would recommend it to others.

쇼핑몰 슈퍼 시내 근처라 이동이 용의

가격 대비 아주 괜찮구요 청소도 아주 잘 해주시고 와이파이도 잘 되구요 무엇보다 근처에 쇼핑몰 슈퍼마켓 마사지샾 한인마트.근처에 있어서 걸어서 이동가능합니다. 부대시설도 괜찮은편입니다.

安くて清潔に泊まるならここ！

清潔ではあったが、蚊が多く、朝方には鶏の鳴き声がうるさい。 ドアの真上はクリアガラスで簡単に覗かれてしまうし、部屋の窓のブラインドとブラインドの間の隙間があるのが残念。

Relaxing stay in the hotel

The room was really spectacular for a 3 star hotel very spartan with queen sized bed, strong AC, decent TV and clean comfortable bathroom. The building mostly caters to the working class young with a cheap cafeteria and day time convenience store so it is easy to bump into the working class professionals who mostly live in bunkbeds. The less expensive option I stayed in did not have a swimming pool or fitness center but there is another building that probably has it for higher level guests. I will definitely return if the price goes down a little more.

ドミトリーは嫌だ！けど安く泊まりたい方へ

セブに2年間ほど住んでいるものです。私が泊まったのは一人部屋のシングルベッドです。 こちらのホテルは現地の方向けのコンドミニアムになっているのでお世辞にもホテルとは呼べない？かもしれませんが、部屋は改装したばかりなのでこの値段帯では珍しく、ケーブルTV、温水シャワー、エアコンが揃って、部屋の中もすごく綺麗でした。 当初2泊の予定でしたがもう1泊追加しました。 日中はwifiが部屋まで届きにくいので基本的にロビーで使う事になります。 ドミトリータイプは嫌だけど…一番安く泊まりたいと言う方にはすごくオススメしたいホテルです。
