"Overall a good stay, friendly staff, awesome gym, nice pool and beautiful hotel!
Upon check in we were introduced to what appeared to be a clean and classy room, however we stumbled upon a couple of surprises 😅 baby roaches living in the fridge - we reported this immediately and the manager prepared a new room for us and did a deep inspection on the new room.
From then on, our stay was pleasant and cosy. Aircon works exceedingly well. ❄️ Food - breakfast and poolside bar/resto were excellent. Gym was clean and fully functional, surprisingly bigger than expected. The swimming pool was constantly being cleaned.

"Only issue I have is with the buffet breakfast. They constantly kept running out of everything. Took awhile to refill and never put much in the serving bowls. Sure there are reasons but we stay multiple times every year and this was first time we experienced this. Other than that our stay was excellent as always. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful."
