「Alex helped a lot in giving updates on how to access the property. There are codes for the elevator, front door and the unit itself. His charts were very clear and helped me a lot. Really loved my stay」

Un piccolo suggerimento riguarda la posizione della televisione, che potrebbe essere resa più comoda . Sarebbe inoltre molto apprezzata la possibilità di avvicinarsi con l’auto per il carico e scarico delle valigie e un’agevolazione per il parcheggio, soprattutto per soggiorni più lunghi. Comunque il mio voto è molto positivo e ci tornerò sicuramente!」

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」
