「Property and staff were lovely. But, the sargassum was so bad due to the location among the mangroves that the rotten smell permeated the whole property including our cabana. I know that’s completely out of the hotel」

「We had an AMAZING stay at Caye Casa. First and foremost, the facilities are great. The rooms are large and clean, and the property is well maintained. Additionally, the location is great.
That being said, what really made our trip is how kind and helpful the staff are.
We had a few things go wrong on our trip, and Jake and his staff did everything in their power to help us out. Even if the property was a hole in a ditch, I would stay there again for them! They are truly exceptional.

「We had the 2nd level corner suite with a partial view of the ocean. The room was very clean and exceeded our expectations. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice and clean. The grounds staff did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy. 」
