「I booked this place for a two day wind-down near the airport after a long two month trip. It said it had a restaurant and pool (pictured) so I planned to stay on site and relax. When I arrived it turned out the pool and restaurant were closed?! There was no apology or explanation given, I was told I could “order delivery”. For five meals. Can you imagine the cost? And it’s beside the point, do they not think guests choose places to stay based on the facilities offered? I chose a this place for...

「Simplemente por problemas en la aplicación no había nuestra reservación. Nos recibieron con un tonito complaciente, sin ofrecer soluciones y con una simple disculpa sin fondo. En la otra mesa estaba otra pareja en el mismo estado, algo más desesperada. Me llegó la devolución, quizá se haga efectiva en la tarjeta, haré el seguimiento. 」

「Nuestra instancia en Fusto fue terrible la habitación no estaba lista no sabía nadie en él local de nuestra reservación y no tenían idea de nada. Un total descontrol y desacierto por parte de el hotel fusto. Además el perro de fusto atacó a mi perro cachorro. No es digno para ir. Peor experiencia de mi vida. 」

「They were not ready for our arrival. The hotel was locked behind bars when we came. They let us wait for additional 30 min to explain that we prepaid for the room. They still wanted us to pay. No water for drinking. The bathroom was clogged.」

「Don’t ever go here!! I booked it because of the traditional setting. But in fact it’s an old dump! And they even charge 100$+ a night, outrageous! We arrived around 8pm, terrible guy at the reception and restaurant closed. Room was far away, very old and cold! In the morning nobody was there!! We cleaned out the room and left for a chain hotel. Same price but so much more comfort! But hey, don’t listen and book this way too overpriced non interesting dump, but don’t tell me I did not warn you. 」

「The location of the hotel is perfect if you need to catch an early flight. The food at the restaurant is very good. They even offer Ecuadorian wines! The staff is super friendly. I’ll stay there again for sure 」
