We had two adjacent rooms and loved the evening fire and hot water bag as wind down service. The kitchen was accommodating when we requested vegetarian meal for our toddler. The staff were very nice and we loved the beautiful grounds and vegetable garden.

The hacienda is beautiful., a true calm and quiet oasis from the past. The common rooms and hacienda itself are decorated sumptuously, but the room that we had needed a little more of something to make it feel more lux. Same with the towels and other bath amenities, they did not match the hacienda itself. The food was very good on the prefix menu but maybe needed a bit more variety and perhaps local dishes. Service was very nice, albeit quite professional. I would definitely return again, but would go for a higher room category. Oh the best was turn down service with chocolates and hot water bottles!!

Très belle authentique hacienda dans un merveilleux parc. Repas très agréable, feu de cheminée allumé en soirée dans la chambre lors du room service. Beaucoup de charme et très romantique.

This hotel is a must. The entire property is an art piece, each detail is absolutely stunning. The attention from the moment we got there was perfection. Each staff member was so friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay. Each night our beds were warmed with hot bags and a fire started to warm the room. Breakfast was a dream with attentive staff, quick service, and fresh, delicious food. The property was breathtaking and so beautifully manicured. My family member’s wedding was out of a fairytale in this beautiful property. Cons: nothing noted! Conclusion: I would love to stay here again and would 100% recommend.

This hotel was a fantastic find and an ideal end to our 4 week holiday before we fly back to the UK. This is a tranquil haven with fabulous friendly staff, wonderful food that is cultivated in their garden and lovely gardens to walk around. We took the opportunity to ride horses around the locality from the stables which was so pleasurable. Well-schooled horses for us as less experienced riders with views across the valleys just breathtaking. We loved the fires lit for us in the hotel and our room and hot water bottles placed in our bed at night. Thank you - a fabulous experience.

Charming Hacieda

A charming hacienda with beautiful grounds. It is showing its age in places but is generally well-maintained. Thoroughly enoyed the fireplaces for cool mornings/evenings in the restaurant, drawing room, and our room. Service was excellent. The horseback ride with Ubertero was a highlight of our stay. A great place to stay in the Otovalo area.

Beautiful garden but low end room

This Hacienda is very beautiful and well-maintained but the room wasn’t good. The room needed a lot of upgrades the bathroom was totally outdated. There was no hot water. I really enjoyed the garden so it’s worth to stay only one night to enjoy the surrounding and the garden but the room was very disappointing. It needed major renovation. The bathroom looked like a one star motel’s bathroom. Also do not book any activity with them, They overcharge terribly and it’s a total rip off. For example hire a taxi and ask the driver to wait when you finish your hike, it costed me $30 versus $120 that the Hacienda charges.

Beautiful hacienda with well appointed rooms.WiFi very slow or almost not working l...elegant garden and ground. At the Time of check in, staff thought my booking was canceled...at the time of checkout I had to show the Orbitz confirmation as the charge is different from confirmation. In the end it was resolved to my satisfaction. Overall a very pleasant experience!
