「我住三晚，第一晚我不能入睡，因為很凍，第二天我問服務員怎樣？她叫一位工作人員幫我把空調轉做29度熱氣，我第二和第三日都很好。車泊在屋仔隔離，很方便。還有巴士站在70米附近去名聖車行29分鐘。我很喜歡。」

「Fantastic location! Right next to the Ponte Vecchio. Very walkable. Great, responsive host. We had a problem with the door, but they sent a handyman to fix it right away. The only thing to note is that the second bedroom is very small and has no airconditioning but the main bedroom is great. It was nice having a kitchen too. And the host welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was very nice. Would definately stay again next time we're in Florence.」

「The hotel is in a great location very close to restaurants. Our air conditioner was not working for the first week of our stay even though Pietro insisted it was working. Natalia the other host is great and went out of her way to help us. Room was supposedly sound proof. While it did impede some of the noise we could still hear people walking by especially late into the early morning hours. 」

「I stayed at this property with my family, we were in 5 people. The place was fair away about 20 minutes from Florence but there are plenty taxis available, if you drive a car there is also a lot spots available for parking. The property is great just needs a little be of TLC on the gardens, nice swimming pool, Claudia the property manager was fantastic, she did her best to accommodate us on every details. The breakfast was good, not to fancy but ordinar」

「Leider hat uns die Anlage enttäuscht. Sie ist extrem voll und überlaufen. Egal ob am Pool, auf den Wegen oder in den Restaurants, überall sind sehr viele Menschen. Dadurch ist es den ganzen Tag laut und hektisch. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, wird hier nicht glücklich. Für uns hatte die Anlage eher den Charakter eines überfüllten Freizeitparks als eines erholsamen Urlaubsortes.」
