「The staff was very accommodating and helpful front desk and breakfast attendant did all they could to make it a great stop. Very comfortable beds and pillows 」

「Location handy and right off I-81. Room clean. King Bed reasonably comfortable if you like harder. Chair for computer desk really poor and hard to sit on. Bathroom had walk-in shower only and was newer. Toilet was set back away from counter and no railing for senior customers. A short railing above the toilet paper racks would sure help. Air conditioning worked well and was quiet. Staff friendly especially in breakfast area. Great choices for breakfast and nice big seating area. 」

「The room was comfortable, and quiet, and the staff was friendly, but I had to contact the desk to have my trash emptied and to have the used towels removed, and clean towels brought in. That was attended to immediately. Furthermore, when I returned home, I discovered that I had been charged twice for the $75.00 pet fee. I called, and the individual at the desk said the problem would be rectified Monday. Hopefully, I will soon see that the money has been credited to my account.」

「I have stayed at this hotel in the past while my oldest daughter played travel softball...so its been many years since we have been there...they have remodeled and the rooms were clean, the staff was super friendly and they have a great breakfast. I highly recommend.」
