The room was excellent- from the bed linen, towels and cleanliness it was amazing. Jade at reception was welcoming and professional. 「一直对Big4印象挺好的，去澳洲也以Big4为首选。这家服务不错，有晚班服务人员，只需在前台办公室按服务铃即可，免了打电话问钥匙箱密码环节。但是，我在搜索酒店时，为了方便搜索和看床的大小，每间房只填了两个大人，忘记填小孩的人数，退房时每间房被加收了100澳元，2间房收了200澳元，住两晚比原来的价格多了人民币1000块钱，非常的贵。因为英文不太好，前台服务说扣钱我也没有反驳。扣钱这个事情这让我对Big4的印象没有之前那么好了，以后选择时会慎重考虑。没有温水泳池，冬天入住没有乐趣。」

「Try to get there before 3pm so at least u get some form of orientation and any necessary changes to the room if need be. We checked in after 3pm so we were kinda helpless. The floor to the room was sandy, a towel was stained, there were no instructions to wifi or just simple orientation card was missing. Also we booked the one room apt, so it was meant for 4 pax but we didn't need the sofa to be a bed but it was made to be a bed and we couldn't use the sofa for all 3 nights that we...

「We did not drive, but it is easy to walk to hotel from bus station. Local is good and quiet, just walk around 15 mins to main street and Busselton Jetty. Room is good and comfortable. I like Busselton.」

「The room was a bit dated and likely due for a make-over, but everything was well-maintained and spotless. Everything you needed was available. Staff was great - Fiona is a gem. I would be very happy to visit again.」
