「Good place but very small rooms. You can barely fit your suitcase in the room, we had to keep one on them on the balcony and the other one in the room. We had double room. Also, very small shower space, we are not big people but barely fit in the shower cabin.」

「The staff was excellent and extremely helpful in helping us, on bicycles, get the correct information about using the ferries to get to Chioggia as well as Venice.」

「Friendly staff」

「The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.」

「very pleasant stay here，nice environment，nice hotel staff，nice room，nice peacock walking around the hotel～ 」
