「This was the best affordable hotel I’ve ever been to. The suite was bigger than expected and it was clean. Staff brought our requests like extra pillows and toilet paper extremely fast. The coffee was better than Starbucks and breakfast was delicious and so plentiful. The AC was running and kept us cool all weekend. Would recommend 10/10」

「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating.
To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...

「連住3晚(分開訂單),CHECK IN 時旅館說只收到2晚訂單,確認了很久才搞定! WIFI 連線很不穩定, 很慢, 房價都一樣,但靠泳池邊的房間顯然比其他房間來得好, 視野也差很多, 早餐供應時間只到9AM. 有點太早結束, 泳池及SPA池開到00:00AM.還不錯! 房間地板的地毯清潔有待加強, 不斷發現前房客掉落的巧克力碎片!」

「I enjoyed my time. It’s refreshing to see that places like this still exist and are love by the community. The rooms are so cute and very functional. It was 113 degrees outside and 60 degrees in my bungalow. So nice! The men at the resort are respectful, playful, and polite. Uber, Lyft, and Grubhub options were easy and the Runaway restaurant has pretty yummy quick bites. I LOVED MY STAY AT CCBC!」
