「We left after two nights because this might be the worst hotel in which I have ever stayed. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. When reported to the front desk, we were met with indifference, so two days passed with a backed up sink. 「This is a class act. Everything is well thought out. The staff could not have been more helpful. It really is a boutique hotel and you feel like family. The toiletries were excellent and well packaged. The dishes for the breakfast were charming. The bed and shower were great. It is very quiet. It is truly amazing to find such quality located in a rental car parking lot. But it is totally convenient.」

「We booked a "Triple room" through Expedia. The description stated (and still does) that "The front desk is open daily from 2:00 PM - midnight." Well, there was no front desk at all. It is a hole in the wall. After calling their phone number and dealing with two people who showed up in person but did not speak English and one more who spoke a kind-of understandable English on the phone, we got their "Basic room" because the "Triple room" already paid for was not available.
