「Even before arrival, Mary reached out. Upon arrival she was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly! Melagrana is a beautiful hotel with a lovely outdoor patio, and evey room amenity one could need. The location is prime for access to the port, restaurants, transportation and shopping. Shower had good water temp and pressure. Bed and linens were top notch! And the breakfast was the most amazing! Thank you again for everything!」

Our hotel room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. One area for improvement is the breakfast, which could be warmer, particularly the eggs & a toaster to toast your bread. 「A very unique property in an amazing location! Maria was amazingly helpful and very attentive whenever we needed anything. She helped us with organising quad bikes and transport from the port. The welcome gifts in the fridge were amazing! And the cleaning lady was absolutely lovely when we arrived. The only thing I would mention is that the bathroom is in need of an upgrade after this tourism season. 」
