「We had a fantastic stay at Spring Garden Hotel in Cát Bà. The hotel was lovely, but what really made our stay special was the incredible level of care and personal attention from the staff.
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, but a special mention has to go to Emma, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She helped us organise trips, arrange taxis and transport, and gave us lots of useful local information and advice.
One example really...
「Nice modern hotel with rooftop pool. The rooms were a little under furnished however. It’s set out like an apartment but no cooking pots or utensils. No plates or cutlery. Only 2 cups and 2 teaspoons in a family room. The breakfast was quite limited compared to other places we stayed in the country e.g there was no juice and one fruit served. It was quite quiet so maybe that’s the reason.」
「I have been traveling around the world and this hotel is one of the most terrible hotels I ever stayed. Don't believe the description as most is incorrect. It is Noisy. Dirty, and no towels. People were screaming for hours and the hotel staff didn't do anything about it. Of course no breakfast as the description states.」
「Tout aurait été génial si j’m’étais pas réveillé avec des piqures de puces de lit sur les cuisses et si j’en avais pas récupéré une dans mon sac à dos💀」
「The hotel staff were very helpful. They upgraded our room for free. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a typhoon, but the staff were very caring and helpful, making sure we had transportation arranged to get off of the island. Convenient location close to many restaurants.」
