「12 nights family holiday. We’ve stayed before at this hotel and we were delighted with our room - ask for a rear view of the nature reserve! Food is always excellent at the Iberostar. We stayed half board so can’t comment on drinks but they looked good. I would say the lighting in the canteen style restaurant needs working on as the ambience was OK for evening dinner. 「Top notch service. Breakfast was outstanding. Food at the Beach Club also excellent. Would highly recommend. Caution: if using a US credit card be warned they forced us to pay in US dollars instead of euros, thus paying a higher exchange rate that someone made money from - and they told us that we were charged in euros although the receipts said otherwise. We were not offered the machine to process payments - the employee did it.」
