「Zuerst wurde uns ein Zimmer präsentiert, dass nicht der Beschreibung (Grösse) bei Buchung entsprach. Es wurden nach unserer Ablehnung zwei weitere Zimmer angeboten, allerdings mit weiteten Kosten. Wir waren mangels Alternativen einverstanden. Nach online- Beschreibung des Sachverhalts zum Checkin hat Expedia bei der Hotelleitung unsere Reklamation weitergeleitet und erreicht, dass das Zimmer, mit welchem wir dann zufrieden waren, ohne Upgraderechnung berechnet wurde. Piscina pequeña, pero poco frecuentada. No dispone de socorrista. Buenas medidas antiCOVID en bufett de desayuno. En general todo muy bien」
