「Amazing place to stay when in NAPLES. Everything is brand new, electric curtains that allow you to rest. The terrace was my favorite part, I loved relaxing there with my family during the evenings of our stay and we enjoyed a gorgeous view of the Italian Moon.
The location is great, 7 min walking from the train terminal.
All to a very reasonable price.
Alessandro was extremely helpful, I lost my key and he found a way to help me immediately. I recommend 100%」

「The room is clean & tidy. In the 1st night, there was NO blanket. I whatapps to the Famalu apartments. But, I feel surprised that she told me why do I check first & ask the cleaning lady. Do I need to check the list of having all basic stuffs before I can go out ? Of course, no blanket can be provided at that night. Fortunately, it is still warm. I wonder if this is the way to communicate to yr client like this…you guys think of it!!!!

「Room was clean and tidy on arrival but no one came the next day. The room was triple deluxe all photos made it there was a balcony but I had a window looking into the back. For luxury I would have expected a kettle or coffee machine. And definitely fresh towels next day. No one at property to talk to. Overall experience slightly disappointing.」

「We really appreciated the ability to check in at 10:30 am. After a very long flight we needed to rest and was able to do that. However, there was no one at the property in a morning and there was no breakfast for us and it was very important since I travelled with a child. We didn’t know how to check out, so we left the key and left the property. I’m still puzzled about of the idea of bed and breakfast that has no breakfast. 」
