"The perfect stay in the quaint lovely small town of Castliglione de Sicilia. Great location if you’re going to hike Mt Etna. Comfortable clean rooms with gorgeous views from the rooms and communal rooftop. Highly recommend if you want a quiet more local stay."

" Unfortunately we didn’t get any check in instructions, so we had to call them to send a guy to check us in. He didn’t speak a word of english, so the information was rather lacking. He tried, via google translate to tell us he would clean the rooms.. but in the end we had to ask for it… that ment ‘making our beds’ but not cleaning the floor or taking out the trash or restocking toiletpaper, etc. Also the shower cabin was so small, thet it would only fit a child. "Wonderful property with incredible menu. Gourmet dinner available in hotel or 3 minute walk to sister restaurant which is excellent for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was a treat. Wonderful staff - friendly and helpful. Wish we had more time at this hotel"

"It was very well located, close to the center of Linguaglossa. The gardens were extensive and charming with a wide variety of plants and trees. The staff was very nice and Alfio was the perfect host. The one dinner we had at the hotel restaurant was exceptional. Highly recommended."

"We had the most lovely stay at Antico Borgo Etneo. Conveniently located 5 minutes from the train station, the property is gorgeous, our room was very clean and relatively cool considering we were in the middle of a heat wave. Great hospitality and a scrumptious breakfast (we’ll be thinking about that lemon chiffon cake for ages). We would stay again the next time in Calatabiano. Grazie a tutti!"
