Et skønt sted, med ro og vinmarker. Dejligt med pool, sauna mv. Lækkert stort værelse. Vi spiste aftensmad på stedet og det kan vi helt klart anbefale - super god mad og vine. En oplevelse. Vi kommer der gerne igen.

This is beautiful property and area. Non-touristic, refreshingly. And luxurious at the same time. Dinners are simple, and elegant. Kitchen and dining staff are lovely.

Only one word can describe the beauty of this place: Paradise with a lot of Angels (people who works in the structure) around you. The suite is amazing and unbelievably spacious. The light dinner and the breakfast are really very good. Remember to eat “l’uovo del contadino” at breakfast. Great Spa. I would like to come back as soon is possible to lose myself again in the beauty and quiet of this magical place. Thanks

What a beautiful property! I would love to thank the amazing Alessandro! He made us feel at home and he’s so passionate about what he does and enjoyed talking to him. The chef was so kind to us also. Stylishly and comfortably appointed, this gem of a stay had a quiet sophistication and world-class service excellence. The view off the pool overlooking one of the extinct volcanoes of centuries past was breathtaking. Every bit of landscaping was manicured beautifully. An invitation to instant relaxation! The in-house restaurant offered a simple but excellent menu for dinner.

We went on a tour of Sicily in May 2025, and only spent one night at Dimora Cottanera - but it was our favourite stay of the vacation! The grounds and the views were stunning, the facilities first-class and our room was amazing. But the absolute highlight was the wine tasting, which was so much fun and incredible value. The food we had was delicious and complemented the wine superbly. And our host, Salvo, made the experience so special. We absolutely loved our limited time at Dimora Cottanera and would book again in a heartbeat!

Vakkert på landsbygda

Vakkert sted med god personlig service. De ordnet så vi ble hentet med bil i Randazzo (mot et tillegg, men likevel behagelig). De ordnet også så vi fikk room service med pinsa og et glass vin. Nydelig rom med utsikt over vinmarkene. De tilbyr aperitivo på kvelden i glassboksen. Anbefaler å bestille det, da det ikke er noen restauranter i nærheten. Veldig god mat, service og utsikt! Tok en face scrub og et bad i utendørsbassenget - veldig deilig! Vi overnattet kun ei natt og følte det var perfekt, men hadde ikke sagt nei til en natt til.

Great stay surrounded by nature and warmth

It exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine courtesy and care. The free room upgrade was a lovely surprise. Our room was spacious, well-designed and incredibly comfortable. No TV though. One of the highlights was enjoying a glass of Cottanera wine with pinsa and a platter in the vineyard at sunset. It was a magical and unforgettable experience. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety and we appreciated the electric car charging point. Such a thoughtful touch for modern travellers. Overall, it was a beautiful one night stay marked by attention to detail and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended.
