「这是我住过这么多酒店里最好的精品酒店，没有之一，老板和员工都当我们是家人，真的很暖心很贴心。本来定了三个人的房间，网上付完钱，然后入住前一天我朋友说不来了，我又想多住一天，老板和他母亲二话不说，把我多付的第三个人钱放到多一天的房费里，让我省了不少我本来已经退完房了，回去拿行李等车时给我们喝下午茶，搬行李上车，很窝心告诉我们怎么走怎么去。真的是用心在经营。下次来南非开普敦，只会住着一家。唯一缺点是地点比较不好找，有uber就很方便了。」

「We loved our one night stay at Caoe heritage Hotel! Not only for its convenient central location and quietness, but also for its decor and charm, and most importantly for the warm hearted service we received. It happened to be one of us’s birthday. 「I had a wonderful stay! :) I was most impressed with the breakfast options each day. The room was clean and comfortable. The only challenge so-to-speak was parking as parking is limited and there is a daily cost. Overall, wonderdul stay! 」

「Staff showed excellent training in customer service. Food was excellent including presentation. The bed was very comfortable as we slept way past our normal sleeping hours! The hotel is surrounded with shopping and has a variety of restaurants. Cost of everything is half of the prices in USA. We highly recommend staying at the Canopy Hilton in Longkloof!」

「We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the competent staff, and especially to Ms. Nadia, who made us feel welcome from the very first minute with their exceptional yet unobtrusive attention and courtesy. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Since I had to check out late on my last day, they provided me with free accommodation in another room until my flight time. If I ever visit Cape Town again, I would definitely stay at this hotel. 」

「location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.」
