The staff were very friendly. A couple of points where I think the hotel could improve: firstly, no drinking water is supplied with the room - you have to buy the bottles. This is fairly minor, but is different from every other hotel we stayed in while visiting Sicily. Also, the shower in our room was not...

「Our stay was good except the hotel had a large tour group staying at the hotel. When we went for breakfast all inside seating was either used or reserved. We had to sit outside in the bright sun with no wi/fi while 6-8 2 person tables sat vacant until we left. We had hotel reservations just like the tour group and seating should have been on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additionally the breakfast had 1 slow coffee machine for the whole hotel guests breakfasts.」

「Gregorio is excellent host, always available, great communication and gave us great advice about the places to eat. The Gusta pizza was an excellent choice. One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip.」
