「This is a beautiful oasis in the countryside, near Selinunte and beaches. It was such a great place to escape the heat, the stress of driving around Sicily using google maps, and traveling in general. Masseria del Carboj has modern amenities, nice aesthetics, a beautiful pool in the middle of vineyard, and feels like you're in Napa valley. The restaurant (Racina) at the hotel is absolutely amazing, like Michelin star level food, so definitely eat here when you stay. 」

「We really like hotel - the area is beautiful. The products they offered were amazing. There were a few things I thought were not communicated well. One of the major roads to the property was closed which meant we were driving around in circles. An email warning would have been helpful. We informed Google maps but they should have done that. The other issue with the property is the food. We had the very high end dinner one night and then they advised we need to book lunch, we show up and it's the...

「It's an impressive property: elegant but not obstentatious, with huge rooms, sitting areas and bathrooms. The minute we arrived the staff was extremely courteous and professional. Everyone acts and looks happy to work there. No detail went unnoticed. They gave us a nice desert and card to celebrate our anniversary. Our meals were delicious and a massage, was one of the best ever! I would book this again in a heart beat. 」
