「Struttura splendida!!! La junior suite al primo piano (118) è bellissima e ha un terrazzo vista lago pazzesco. La nostra junior suite al 5° piano, altrettanto bella, più piccola ma con 2 terrazzi di cui uno vista laterale lago. Sala colazione con una vista incredibile. Unica pecca ( parere soggettivo) che nella junior suite al 5° piano era presente una vasca con doccino e soffione, ma senza tenda e/o parete di vetro, quindi personalmente un po scomoda. 「Staff are excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful but there are one or two things that I would expect in a five star hotel namely - no mirror in the bedroom, no heating, the room was very chilly, the safe is far too small and the water wasn’t very hot. Nothing major was wrong but just a few niggles that shouldn’t have to be brought to the staff’s attention.」

「We stayed at the hotel in March 2026. The hotel is dated, but clean. The staff were nice. The hotel rooms were clean. But the heat was so high it was very uncomfortable to sleep. Pillows were so soft your head was on the bed despite the pillow. The hotel and staff and patrons looked right out of 1970’s Lawerence Welk show. From the way we were served, to the food」

「The hotel is located on the edge of Stresa and near one of the ferry terminals. It would suit those who don't mind a 30 min walk in to the town centre. Our room was reasonably large but the bathroom was a bit odd with the shower head located in the middle of the wall making it difficult to use.
