「Worst hotel I booked during my Europe holiday. This may have once been a nice hotel but the hotel feels like it's long overdue for a renovation. Rooms are tired and well worn. Plus some of the rudest and non-communicative staff I've ever met. Trying to contact anyone, if you need anything, is impossible. They just flat out don't reply. A few times I tried calling them and no one answers the phone. It feels as if no one is in charge here and there's serious mismanagement. If you're coming to...

「性价比极高的酒店。拿了钥匙进入房间，才发现房间好大！有一个大床和两张小床（两个房间），简易厨具方便家庭式旅行者入住，足足可容纳五、六人居住。早餐非常丰富，酒店十分宁静舒适。缺点就只有一个：地点偏僻，离市中心较远，开车要二十分钟。」

「Very clear is not private parking you need parking in the street and pay. It is not a big deal but for us was because we arrive with reservation at 11 pm and 7 suite cases parking outside was very hard. I did the reservation because was clear about private parking. I ask the staff and he said the parking is full something I did not believe. It is not private parking.」

「Quarto limpo, silencioso, pedi camas separadas , no site dizia que tinha figrobar, mas tive que pedir pra colocar , mas não funcionou bem .tem elevador para chegar até a recepção mas escadas pra chegar ao quarto o que é difícil pra mim, tive ajuda do atendente , garagem a 15 euros só dia em outro local fora do hotel」

「Un hotel de montsagne qui se rapproche des services d'un refuge. Chambre simple, toilettes collectives. Possibilite de diner a 15 Euros par personne et excellent petit dejeuner. En revanche, qualité du sommeil très faible en raison de trop nombreux bruits: hôtes qui déambulent dans le long couloir, aboiement de chien, voisin qui fait grincer son lit. Le prix de plus de 100 euros pour une nuitée ainsi rest pour moi largement exagéré. Ceci dit, personnel très sympathique 」
