"Stay was overall very good. Check-in was a breeze. We were a bit early but they had the room available and gave it to us. Our room was just as expected. It was very clean. Breakfast was good. There was a good variety of different food, Coffee and treats. Staff and breakfast were very diligent cleaning up after everyone who left. The hotel was a 5-7 minute walk to a main shopping mall. Shopping mall had a variety of different stores, including restaurants and every a grocery store.
As for the location to get to the city centre for Barcelona, it was far. Over an hour by public transit, having to switch from bus to train to bus. It was about a 25-30 minute drive to the city centre of Barcelona. We used uber to get around because the public transportation was too long of a journey.
Also, note- if you are coming from the airport do NOT take a taxi. The taxi scammed us and ended up charging us almost three times what he quoted us. When we told him we were not pleased with this, he told us to get back in the car and he would drive us back to the airport…
