「at first, overwhelmed by the greetings from all the staffs in the lobby, too friendly or overwhelmed is subjective. what really threw us off was that as a five star hotel that emphasized on services, charging for bottled water was just ridiculous. this was the first five star hotel where we were charged for bottled water. besides, the brand they offered was the same as a FOUR STAR hotel nearby, and they gave out the water nonstop and fully complimentary!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. 」

「Sehr geschmackvolles Hotel in allerbester Lage. Man wohnt in einem Stadtpalazzo in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ist aber mit ein paar Schritten mitten im Stadtzentrum und im „goldenen Dreieck“, besser geht es nicht. Es ist nicht ein klassisches Hotel, sondern man hat das Gefühl privat bei einer sehr stylischen mailänder Familie zu Gast zu sein. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!」

「One of the best hotels I’ve stayed, and I said this even with my wife’s high standard. The service and cleanliness were impeccable. There isn’t a car park but the hotel concierge was willing to help us carry our luggage from nearby carpark. We liked even the vintage elevator that came with the hotel. 」

「Central air conditioning. A little stuffy and too noisy if we opened the window. The reception was friendly and communication was very perfect and timely. Unfortunately our last night was disrupted by a powercut due to the construction work that was being carried out outside of the building. 」
