"Basically no reception, no one at hotel at all, and a message was meant to be sent to me with my room number, or code to get the key, which was not sent. So it took me like 3 hours to finally work out how to call them, as there were multiple numbers on a small bit of paper to call. I almost gave up. Clean small room and comfortable, and good location, you can get to Strasborg centre on D5 tram easily, nice walks and river close by. They just need to improve how to access your room.... "

"It was nice, but because it was over Easter Weekend, there was not much open around the place. Other than that, really nice. Rooms were big."
