"Our stay at Hannong Hôtel & Wine Bar was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel’s ambiance is elegant yet cozy, perfectly fitting its central Strasbourg location. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and inviting. What truly made the experience special was the staff and service. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. My wife was especially touched by the thoughtful gestures shown to our toddler son—surprising him with a gingerbread man cookie and a small Christmas gingerbread-scented wax ornament. These little details made us feel truly welcomed as a family. A beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere and exceptional, heartfelt hospitality. We would happily return and highly recommend it."

"We stayed during our visit to Strasbourg Christmas Markets early December. The hotel is very clean, and across the street from Tram D station which take you to the main attractions in Strasbourg in less than 20 minutes. That was the big plus for us. The breakfast buffet has a large variety (In my case, I would request to add Decaf coffee to the list). Check in and check out is all digital, but there is someone at the front desk most of the time. They allowed us to leave our luggage early during check in. There are restaurants and supermarkets around. Overall a nice stay and a great hotel to do what we needed to do."

"Basically no reception, no one at hotel at all, and a message was meant to be sent to me with my room number, or code to get the key, which was not sent. So it took me like 3 hours to finally work out how to call them, as there were multiple numbers on a small bit of paper to call. I almost gave up. Clean small room and comfortable, and good location, you can get to Strasborg centre on D5 tram easily, nice walks and river close by. They just need to improve how to access your room.... "
