"Needed dishsoap and paper towels for the kitchen. None were available. Had to wait for an employee for 10-15 minutes. Seems like they do the check in and clean the rooms too. Cannot get help from 9 pm to 9 am. Expected breakfast, had none. Tub leaked water from the base and almost fell getting out of it."

It was great it had both a microwave and fridge but I didn’t make use of them. Bathrooms had only towels and soap - no cotton buds, shower cap or other little complimentary items"
