"This hotel is not a fancy property, but it is nothing short of wonderful. Surrounded by the jungle, the parking area lined with bamboo trees, you feel like you are truly in contact with Mother Nature. Staff were really nice and made sure we had everything we needed, they really went the extra mile.
Room was very clean, great natural light, and good bedding, we were really tired after visiting the Palenque ruins, so this was very much appreciated.
We had an issue with hot water (believe it or not, weather was ok the cool side), but quickly resolved.
In summary, we loved it and we hope we can come back soon!!!"
