Beautiful and quiet location with delicious included american breakfast (especially the huevos rancheros). Friendly staff, nice pool, nice river, plenty of wild animals. Well worth the price.
The only downside is the bar : the staff was not friendly and there was no wifi in this area.

Lovely setting
The hotel is on a large clear pool of the river that runs through Agua Azul and would be fantastic for bathing during the warm months. It is a very pretty setting. The rooms are a bit outdated but very comfortable, and the staff was VERY attentive.

We loved the environment with monkeys in the trees and other animals. Spacious room with seating option.
Nice pool, at River with mandatory life jackets.

Nice eco friendly hotel in the jungle. Friendly staff. Be aware of limited to the lobby only. There is no wifi at all in the rooms.

Great resort outside of downtown Palenque
Nice property outside of downtown Palenque. Room was large and very clean. Same for the pool. No hot tub though--the pictures we saw online showed one but it is filled with pool temp water. Breakfast was a buffet and very good. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Howler Monkeys were very loud at night, but I love that!

Pros: Great location with a river running through the property. Very quiet.
Cons: Rooms are dated, specially the bathrooms and restaurants. The water pressure made it really tough for one to shower. The river is nice, but it has public beach which gets crowded.

Bonito hotel, los cuartos limpios y al menos nosotros que requeriamos acceso para una persona en silla de ruedas, lo tuvo para su comodidad. Lo bueno check in media hora antes lo malo tuvimos que pedir 3 veces las toallas para una de las habitaciones. Recomendado para la familia.

El hotel está muy padre, cuenta con todos los servicios, camas cómodas, el lago es un plus muy muy agradable, una rica alberca, servicio del personal excelente. El único pero sería un olor que a veces salía del baño muy desagradable. El desayuno buffet muy rico. Excelente opción, la volveríamos elegir.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, el que tenga acceso al río es un plus, disfrutamos mucho estar ahí.
Lo único malo fue que reservar en expedia era un precio y ya en el hotel cobran más.
