「We stayed in 5 different hotels over the course of two weeks. This was by far our favorite hotel. Our room was the best hotel room we have ever stayed in. The staff was so helpful, and catered to our every whim. The Roman pool was one of kind. The courtyard was gorgeous and intimate. 「Comfortable, clean and centrally located. Very comfortable bed. A tiny but well-equipped kitchen for longer stays. A rooftop terrace with an excellent view of the town and surrounding area was a bonus. Pack lightly. The apartment is on the third floor. There is no elevator. Giovanni was proactive in reaching out and ensuring we had everything we needed. 「Very clean rooms and very helpful staff too the location had great parking nearby which is a huge plus in that side of Italy the main sight seeing attractions or restaurants where maybe 30-40 mins away depending on traffic that would be one of my only downsides but seems it was the normal for a tourist since we aren’t allowed to drive in the (ZTL) zones which is where those sightseeing spots are so for a tourist renting a car this is your go to my last downside was the walls weren’t soundproof...

「Honestly have 0 complaints about this place. I went with my fiancé and my two kids (4 years old and 6 months). They are super family friendly and everyone who works there is kind and helpful. They put on shows for the kids every night, really dance parties and my son enjoyed the water park so much. We traveled to Rome a lot, which is about 50 ish minutes, which my fiancé and I enjoyed but my son always looked forward to coming to the “hotel”. There’s also a lot of local food spots less than 10...
