"Very cozy accommodation and super friendly staff. I had a spacious room with a little terrace. All quiet and not noisy. Enzo from breakfast staff is a real gentleman. The Spa area is as well very nice. However, if you do not have a rental car you Need to ask for the Shuttle Service as the City Center is far away. Other than that nothing to complain. "

"The hotel is average at best Room didn’t have water or trash can. It was very basic Water in the bath wasn’t hot Breakfast was ok but it starts at 8 am! I have never seen a hotel starts breakfast that late! You have to ask for milk as they don’t leave it outside! So everyday I put cereal and ask for milk! area is literally phenomenal (it doesn't photograph as beautifully as it actually is!). There are like 4 different areas for amazing swimming it's a private access

"The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful. The pool was great and had an amazing view of Ischia. The hot tub/spa area was a bonus! Breakfast was delicious and included and the dining area also boast a lovely view of the island. Only downfall is that it is located quite far from most of the attractions so you have to get around by taking the crowded buses. However, there was a bus stop just 5 minutes away from the hotel. "

"The suite was spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel breakfast had many different dishes and a nice seating area. The balcony in the room led to a beautiful sea view. The area around teh hotel was filled with restaurants/cafes a busy walking area next to the sea. The hotel employees were very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples."
