Měla jsem jednolůžkový pokoj, nic z toho co jste nabízeli jako běžnou věc nebyla pravda. Údajně měla být na pokoji běžně k dispozici minilednička, ani náhodou, pouze za příplatek. Wifi na pokoji vůbec, pouze u recepce, ale několik dnů nešla vůbec. ráno, večer vypínali. Občas zapnutá dopoledne a při večeři, ale pouze v recepci. Sprcha na WC, kde bylo i umyvadlo, žádná sprchová hadice. Sprcha zavěšená nad umyvadlem, kousek od WC. Od sprchy shnilé futra. Žádné luxusní prádlo, jednou za několik dní vyměnili ručníky, občas dali mýdlo, šampon. Starý omlácený nábytek, tmavý pokoj. Hezká terasa a výhled. Spousta komárů, malé bazény. U termálního bazénu nefungovaly trysky. Snídaně pořád dokola to samé, sýr, tlustý salám, jogurt, vejce, kreosan, nějaká buchta ...

Piacevole esperienza

L’albergo si trova nella parte alta di Casamicciola immerso in un bel giardino in posizione panoramica (con vista su Lacco Ameno) e molto tranquilla ma un po isolata. C’e’ un servizio di bus pubblici che lo collega con Ischia porto, Forio e Casamicciola ma non e’ molto frequente. Nel giardino vi sono tre piccole piscine di cui una coperta e un’altra scoperta con acqua termale. Disponibile anche un bagno turco. La colazione a buffet e’ soddisfacente anche se un po monotona (la qualita’ delle bevande calde preparate da una macchina automatica potrebbe essere migliore). La cena e’ stata mediamente di qualita’ piu’ che buona (spesso con piatti a base di pesce). La camera sufficientemente grande,con il bagno pero un po piccolo (scomoda la tenda doccia). Complessivamente il rapporta qualita prezzo e molto valido. Consigliabile.

pretty but far away

lovely hotel - room was clean, wifi in common areas worked well. a pricey dinner served nightly was tasty. breakfast was cheap (5 euro). gorgeous views of the harbor. be warned, though, this hotel is WAY up the mountain and the bus that serves the hotel is very infrequent and stops running early. a cab from casamicciola ferry port will run you at least 15 euro, from forio I paid 25 euro. cab drivers don't really want to drive there either. so while the room is cheap you need to figure in transport costs as well. you can walk down to lacco ameno, etc. from the hotel but you will need to find a way to get back at night. if you have a car or motocicletta this is perfect. otherwise maybe better to book elsewhere.

in camera non c'è aria condizionata, no zanzariere, no ventilatore, no phon, no frigobar, no cassaforte. La camera era davvero stretta, il bagno pure. Occorre l'auto o il bus per spostarsi perchè l'hotel è distante dal mare e dal centro. La cucina è buona e genuina, ma gli arredi sono vecchi e malandati. Si dice dalle mie parti: tanto spendi, tanto appendi. Consiglio di spendere qualche euro in più ma di puntare su una struttura migliore. Questo non è assolutamente un tre stelle....forse una.

L'albergo era in uno stato pietoso, molto trasandato squallido e disordinato ( il 25 febbraio c'era ancora il presepe in sala da pranzo). Sui terrazzi ,la cui copertura era costituita da un ondulato di lamiera, c'erano delle sedie in plastica buttate alla rinfusa di un colore indefinito per via dello sporco, tutti gli ambienti erano gelidi in quanto non c'erano i riscaldamenti accesi nè in sala da pranzo nè nella camera. Il bagnetto di 1,5 mq non era provvisto del piatto doccia, l'acqua scendeva direttamente sul pavimento, infatti le piastrelle dove batteva l'acqua anzichè beige erano marroni. La camera era piccola e male arredata, c'era una televisione max di 12 pollici nell'angolo vicino al soffitto, quindi bisognava avere un canocchiale x poterla vedere. Non esiste una hall dove poter trascorrere qualche minuto magari seduto in poltrona. C'è una piscina coperta con sauna idromassaggio ecc, che però manco a dirlo, non era aperta. Penso che i proprietari non siano adatti a questo lavoro infatti, nonostante avessimo pagato la pensione completa, si sono sbalorditi del fatto che volessimo mangiare !.... Secondo me quello non è un albergo, ma un ambiente arrangiato alla bella e meglio, è una pizzeria con delle camere al piano inferiore. L'unica cosa bella è il panorama che però è deturpato da queste coperture in lamiera. E' tutto documentato con foto e filmino che vi ho già mandato.Mi domando come faccia ad essere classificato un albergo a 3 stelle !!!!E poi perchè si chiama bel tramonto dato che è esposto ad est??? Mistero!!!!!! Ovviamente non ci siamo fermati in questo albergo ed abbiamo cambiato struttura.
