"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."

"We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore Palma on foot, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and the amenities were excellent. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. A lovely touch was the complimentary bottled water that was regularly topped up in the fridge during our stay – a small gesture that really made a difference, especially in the warm weather. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!"
