「Room was as expected, bed was like double size USA mattress, staff very helpful carrying my heavy bags up 2 floors. Room did not have faciel tissue but there was abundant toilet paper. Perhaps face tissues not expected in mexico? AC worked great, took me a bit to locate the AC remote on wall near door. Was not aware is walk up only, they should specify in choosing room, no elevators in this property. Praise God He has healed my body and I successfully navigated the stairs carrying my ancient...

「Horrible reserve varios días pero me tuve que salir , pelos pubicos en la taza del baño , la regadera llena de mugre , la cocina huele mal , las almohadas y sábanas sucias olían a sudor ya no sé de cuántas personas y lleno de polvo el cuartito que me dieron lo tuve que limpiar con toallitas húmedas porque me estaba dando alergia respirar, la chica solo jugó con mi tiempo diciéndome que me iba a rembolsar y derrepente ya no contestó. No lo recomiendo para nada !」

「Excellent location in Colonia Americana just one block from Avenida Chapultepec. There are many coffee shops, breakfast restaurants, dining restaurants, various ethnic or international restaurants, sports bars, cocktail bars etc. The hotel is beautiful, with large rooms all with views of the city, some with balconies. Breakfast buffet is very good. There's a small gym with weights and stationary bikes. The staff is excellent. Especially Mirasol at the front desk and bellman Dylan. 」

「The hotel is lovely, good location, quiet, clean and with 8 rooms, just the right size. The staff person was very good and even arranged for our laundry, We loved the shared kitchen and the outdoor living space. We will definitely return.」

「Stayed in apart B which was fantastic! Prime location, and the service was great - everything you need to feel taken care of. Very much looking forward to returning. Feedback: the shower water pressure become non existent for a few nights or warm water disappeared mid shower. Hence the 4 stars. 」

The staff were absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to keep us well-fed and safe when the city was shut down. I am truly grateful for the kindness they showed. Prior to the incident, we really enjoyed all of the cafes in the neighbourhood. The hotel is in an excellent location.」

「很棒的地方， 地點很好，走路可去很多地方的。 早餐很豐盛的 （雖然我都只吃烤土司） 只可惜，行李託放只能三小時， 我是提前三小時check out的。 所以，我只能背著背包移動。」
