「Overall this is a beautiful property with the potential to be a wonderful resort, but they just aren’t sure yet what they want to be. They advertise as a tranquil, quiet escape, but they also cater to families. While we were there the place was completely overrun with screaming children. And inattentive parents. There was no where to go on property that was peaceful or quiet, including the spa, They have rules for kids (limited hours in the pool) but they are not enforced so it was...

「就在古蹟神殿旁邊，飯店服務人員親切有禮，語言溝通沒有問題，入住時會招待迎賓紅酒1杯，會提供地圖介紹如何探索Evora周遭，房間的佈置風格很溫馨，乾淨舒適，雖然是位在古蹟裡，但軟硬體設備都很新穎，早餐很豐盛，用餐環境很好，在住宿方面沒有遇到任何不愉快的問題，很棒的住宿體驗。」

「飯店的位置很好，又有一個大的地下停車場，這在Evora老城區是非常難得的。飯店是5星等級，但房間和reception的服務卻不怎麼樣，尤其是reception的櫃臺人員，請教他走道上的咖啡機怎麼使用，他站在reception，邊回答身體晃來晃去，一直説房間也有咖啡機！撇開這個，餐廳的服務和餐點品質是受肯定的，Deaust’AR是米其林推薦餐廳，是的，它所有的一切值得這樣的推崇。」

「Garden terrace room was great! Private entrance and private patio. Large room and large bathroom and was very clean. Great water pressure! Private parking. Staff was helpful in mapping out the sights and a lovely breakfast was provided.」

「Staff was fantastic, had great recommendations and were very knowledgeable! The hostel itself is very picky when it comes to towels and has a lot of hidden fees which is why I listed it as “good”. Didn’t have the opportunity to use the terrace although it seemed great!」
